It's a very easy and intuitive manual to work with. You don't just by a book from the Lightroom Queen, you become part of an extended family who are always there to support. I have had Lightroom for several years but always felt that I was only scratching the surface of what it could do. Everything seemed to be counter-intuitive to use and I got fed up with looking online for the optimum ways of using it and still ending up none the wiser. I really wish I had found this book before - it really does demystify Lightroom and is very easy to follow.
The support available via the author's website is excellent too including emails to help you get started. Instead, I sat down and compiled a list of questions directly from the forums, and wrote jargon-free answers as if I was answering a user on the forums. It's grown since those early days, now coming in at a massive pages, but the format makes it easy to find the information you need.

I am normally very wary of buying these kind of books as I find them to be 'over written', meaning there is so much detail in them you need a PhD to extract out the information you are looking for.
